Experienced Field Engineers
Our experienced field engineers are at your disposal
Weka offers commissioning, on-site (advisory & consulting) services for cooling and maritime systems. An experienced Weka engineer will visit your cooling system for consultancy purposes. All our services are delivered with an improvement/service report. Weka experienced engineers can assist you in finding a cost-efficient and effective solution.
The on-site service are:
- A cooling system status report, including a review of the system and potential items that need to be changed or even upgraded.
- Assistance onboard the ship at the time of the visit.
- Measurements in regard to MIC or stray current purposes.
Class Testing
All our projects are class tested on request
Upon request the Keel Coolers can be supplied with a test certificate of one of the well-known classification societies. For example, ABS, Bureau Veritas, DNV-GL, Lloyds Register of Shipping, RINA, RMRS, RRR and various others upon request.

Repair & Cleaning
Boxcoolers, heat exchangers and other coolers
Weka is also specialized in repair and cleaning of box coolers, heat exchangers and bottom type coolers.Our own fabrication facility is capable of producing, repair and clean several types of coolers, within a short delivery time guaranteed.
The repair and cleaning services consists of the following activities:
Re-tubing, Replacement of tube-sheets, Reproduction element according to example or drawing, Reproduction according to example or drawing, Repair and recoating, New sealing kits, Pressure test / Class test

It is always advisable to have vital parts readily available in case of component failure, or at least to be aware of the exact technical specifications of relevant parts.
Weka ensures complete spare part handling for all material handling systems. For each material handling system commissioned, we offer a list of recommended spare parts. One of our main points of focus is the delivery of spare parts at short notice to almost anywhere in the world in order to avoid costly down times.
