All hands on deck

At Weka, everyone learns how to build a box cooler. This practice isn’t because the process is simple; quite the opposite. It’s essential for everyone within the company to understand the daily challenges our production technicians face.

Nick Bol, the latest addition to our fantastic team, is currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and is working on his final thesis. Nick was keen to gain hands-on experience in building a cooler, aiming to deepen his understanding of our products and operations.

Here, Koen van der Zijde is guiding Nick through the process, demonstrating how we bend our U-tubes with meticulous precision for each cooler we manufacture. Ofcourse they had to pose for the photo!
