In her 2.5 years here, Nikita’s growth has been remarkable. Starting in production, she skillfully crafted our box coolers, learning every step of the process from the initial sawing and bending to the final pressure testing of the box coolers.

Her curiosity led her to explore customer-facing roles in our Operations Department, where her problem-solving and collaboration skills shone. Transitioning to the office as a project controller, Nikita seamlessly handles inquiries and manages orders and projects, she likely has supported your recent interactions with Weka Marine.
