At Weka Marine, every box cooler undergoes a standard pressure test before it leaves our factory. This is a crucial part of our quality control process to ensure that each cooler is fit for purpose and able to perform reliably under real-life operating conditions ✅

In the video you can see several of our coolers mounted in the pressure test setup.
During this test, each unit is checked for durability, pressure resistance, and possible leakage; key aspects for long-term operation on board 🚢

These tests are carried out as standard for every cooler we produce, regardless of size or specification. It’s one of the ways we make sure our products maintain the level of quality our customers expect.

In addition to these in-house procedures, we also offer the option to have the coolers tested under Class supervision. Upon request, we can provide a test certificate from one of the well-known classification societies, such as ABS Group, Bureau Veritas Group, DNV, Lloyd’s Register, RINA, and many others 📄

This allows us to meet specific project requirements or customer preferences when third-party approval is required.
